This past weekend, June 27th, 28th, and 29th, we were at the Valencia's Gaming Exhibition Fair participating in OWN 2025, the largest digital entertainment event in Spain executing our strategy of "beyond the seas". 

For us it has been a unique and exciting experience that allowed us to keep introducing our expertise in a field that feels increasingly close to us: The Gaming World.

During our career path, our products have evolved to offer more performance, better graphics, and a more complete user experience. The leap into the gaming world was inevitable and this event gave us the opportunity to prove that gaming on Linux is not only possible, but easy and fun.

 At the event many things took place such as:

• We welcomed hundreds of visitors who tried out our desktops and laptops running games on Linux. They were stoked about the results!

•  Our racing simulator (steering,pedals ,gearbox and racing seat)  was once again one of the main attractions.

• Daily giveaways and gifts from our merchandising material brought together dozens of people everyday.

• We had the chance to meet content creators, artists, and representatives from major brands in the industry—many of which are part of the hardware we build.

In addition to enjoying the experience, we were able to spread our message further: free and open-source software also has a place in gaming, and Slimbook is here to make it accessible.
