Swollen Lipo on PRO X15 / Security Seal???

Hi,

the Battery on my PRO X15 Laptop (from 2021) started to swell. Fairly rapidly by a dangerous amount. After removing all the screws, the back is still fixed at a point with a Sticker showing a Penguin and the text "Security Seal".

a.) To actually reach security and secure my data, I'd like to separate the flame risk from my Data as quickly as possible. How am i supposed to do that?

b.) Can i get a new Battery to exchange the broken one?

Kind regards.

Ok, that wasn't precisely the smartest move. Below the sticker with "Security Seal", there simply is just another screw, which you can take out in order to dismantle the battery.

So all i'm left with is how to get a replacement battery.

Hi, they have video-tutorials about how to open the laptops: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCMcbMYgFsU

Opening it doesn't void the warranty, even if your laptop already has one, although it's no longer covered by the warranty because it's 4 or 5 years old.
And the battery for your laptop is in the spare parts section:
