Checking the sha256 sum should be enough to verify that your downloaded ISO is the correct one

In my other distros,  Mint included, but with the exception of Slackware, I am always told to verify the iso signature.

Is Slimbook designed so that it is not necessary or is it just a question of judgement (like risks vs costs - perhaps mostly operational costs)?

We do not provide signature files at the moment to check against our ISOs, just the SHA256 sums
